World Jazz For Haiti is a charity album which was a great pleasure to contribute to, featuring a roster of world-class artists including Holly Cole, John McDermott and David Clayton-Thomas banded together for a worthwhile cause.  During the album’s production I served as a graphic designer, a communications manager and copy editor. 

The CD packaging was centered around a painting done by the very talented Kurt Swinghammer.  Colours and stripes from his wonderful composition permeate almost every part of the design, adding a vibrancy to the entire album package.  The inclusion of a tree as a recurring element throughout the art was to symbolize both life and rebirth; two common themes found throughout WJFH’s musical compositions.
