Sometimes a designer is lucky enough to get a project that comes together without any major roadbumps.  Bass & Voice was one of those projects for me, due to the easy-going clientele and fantastic photographic material to work with.

I met with George Koller, the bassist for the album, and his directions were broad enough to give me some creative flexibility: “Fun, classy and with a touch of blue to reflect the genre of the music.”  Drawing from his input, and the hues in the photographs themselves, I put together this simple but elegant CD packaging.
